Siobhán Clare O’Donnell
- Founder & CEO
Siobhán O’Donnell is the Founder and CEO of New Talent Fashion and has 17 years of experience working within the fashion industry. She is a qualified tailor and seamstress and has designed, launched and sold two small fashion labels. Alongside this, Siobhán also works as a freelance writer for a number of fashion platforms in the UK. She is extremely knowledgeable in starting and running successful businesses and is a highly driven individual with a great passion for change.
In 2012, Siobhán attended Brighton University to study biomedical sciences, where she founded and successfully ran the university’s first ever fashion society for 3 years. It was here that she launched her first fashion business and put on a series of fashion catwalk events to sell out audiences. Upon graduating, Siobhán interned at Paul Smith, managing media and operations for a large team. After re-locating to London, she took her first steps into international fashion and worked for a Dubai-based fashion label, supporting
the launch of a new brand within the UK luxury market.
Siobhán subsequently worked in Head Office Management in high street stores before going into the luxury market at Operation Management level. After spending many years in marketing, operations and area manager positions, she then worked self-employed as a fashion business consultant both within the UK and internationally, launching and assisting a number of fashion brands. Siobhán has also worked as Operations Manager for a TV presenter , helping launch her fashion label whilst also tutoring fashion and business college students and young entrepreneurs.
In 2015, Siobhán studied Art, Design and Media Introduction to Fashion at Chelsea and Kensington College. Whilst studying, she gained her status as a qualified tailor and designer, manufacturing garments at a UK-based factory that supplied ASOS, Harrods and M&S. She then went on to run a successful business, launching her fashion line at the Bloomsbury Ballroom. Following this, Siobhán worked at a number of editorial houses doing freelance writing and it was here, that she first developed the idea of New Talent Fashion.
Siobhán is a practising philanthropist.

Graduating in Communication and Media in 2018, Helena was unsure of her career path but had a real interest in the fashion industry. Later that year, she decided to make this her reality by studying an MA in Fashion and Business at Manchester Fashion Institute. She passed with a Distinction in September 2019. Helena has won awards for her Industry Sponsored Dissertation entry, by proposing the redevelopment of the University’s Marketplace retail space and for her Contribution to Social Media Campaigns for the MMU Faculty of Arts and Humanities magazine, aAh! She worked in social media and content writing and before joining the New Talent Fashion team in June 2020, as Marketing Manager and PA.
Manuela Rio Tinto
- Freelance Fashion writer and PR assistant.
After graduating in Fashion Design in Brazil, Manuela moved to London to study fashion journalism 4 years ago and now works as a fashion and lifestyle writer and stylist in the UK. Manuela has worked in different areas within the fashion industry, such as e-commerce, showroom, PR and media. She specialized in the latter, after working in different fashion titles, both in the luxury and high street markets.

Derin is a London College of Fashion Fashion PR and Communication graduate and is currently on a gap year before she begins her MA in Journalism. She has her own YouTube channel where she shares University and Lifestyle vlogs alongside Fashion content.
- Social Media Intern
Katie is a First Class Fashion Promotion Graduate from Manchester Fashion Institute. She is deeply engaged within the fashion and wellness industries, a curious learner and has a strong imaginative nature and creative eye for content creation.
- FREELANCE CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS
After graduating in Dentistry in Italy in 2013, Marianne decided to follow her dream of working in Fashion and moved to London in 2014 where she attended a Post Graduate Course in Fashion Styling and Communication and started her career as a Fashion Stylist, working in the styling team for Rita Ora, Duran Duran, One Direction and many more, and producing editorials for magazines and international publications. She then decided to explore the writing side of the industry becoming a fashion writer for the leading luxury e-commerce Farfetch, where she stayed as a core team member until 2019, when she decided to go freelance and embrace her love for the editorial world. Since then, she was published as a writer in Stylist Magazine, worked at Marie Claire UK, HFM and was hired as a fashion and beauty editor for the upcoming publication Belmont Magazine. Extremely passionate about diversity and inclusivity, she has also been a speaker on different panels on how necessary is for the industry to take a moment to re-evaluate its core values and amplify the voice of marginalised people.
- Freelance Videographer
Lucie is a director and editor based in East-Sussex. She is a first-class BA (Hons) Film graduate from Plymouth College of Art where her passion for editing began. She has worked with South of Devon Films as an Assistant Editor on films ‘I’m Fine’ and ‘Whistler’. She has also been collaborating with fashion designer Milly Devine for her fashion films for her graduate collection. Her graduate film Nut Pops has been awarded Best Production Design for the Plymouth College of Art award by Ed Tuner and Lucie was runner up for Best Young Filmmaker at the Making Waves Film Festival 2019. Most recently, Nut Pops has been awarded runner up at the Royal Television Society Student Awards 2020 in the Comedy and Entertainment category and went on to win a Craft Skill Award in writing.
- Digital Consultant/ Web Developer
With a background in eCommerce, web development and marketing, David has helped businesses grow for over a decade. He had a brief two year spell as COO of a software company and has since worked with numerous agencies & clients in various sectors, including digital branding, charities, fashion and more. Currently, David works as a digital consultant, helping companies with their online presence through websites, marketing, branding and content.
